This stunning home was scheduled for demolition due to neglect by the city. Previous renovations had also divided the floor plan into multiple units. Fortunately, it was purchased just in time by someone who wished to see it restored as a single-family home. A small addition to the rear allowed more space for a modern kitchen and family room on the first floor and a spacious primary bathroom on the second floor. Extending the width of the rear portion of the structure made room for a guest suite and office on the first floor with bedrooms above which all overlook the lush backyard. Beautifully restored walk-through windows connect the living area and primary bedroom to the front porch and balcony overlooking Camp Street and Coliseum Square Park.
